Azerbaijani FM confirms readiness to meet with Armenia’s Nalbandian

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said on Wednesday that he is ready to meet his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian.
The next meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement will be held in the middle of January in one of the European countries, Mammadyarov said at a press conference following the trilateral meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran in Baku, haqqin.az reports.
“The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs will announce the date of the meeting, but there is an agreement on holding the meeting mid-January 2018. The co-chairs will evaluate the discussions recently held in Vienna and arrive at a decision. I have said that I wouldn’t mind negotiating for even two days, if it is going to yield results,” said Mammadyarov.
